"The site does what it needs to do..."
The site does what it needs to do, but it felt a bit slow at times. I also got confused by the menus here and there, so it wasn’t the smoothest experience. It’s okay overall, but for what it costs, I expected it to feel a little more polished.

I was looking at a desk shelf and a couple of small accessories, and the price jumped up way faster than I expected
Once shipping and taxes were added, it just felt hard to justify. The stuff looks nice, but I didn’t see enough there to make me feel like it was worth that much
I ended up ordering from somewhere else because I couldn’t bring myself to spend that kind of money on simple wood desk pieces

"For what I paid, I expected way..."
For what I paid, I expected way better craftsmanship. The edges were chipped, the joints looked really uneven, and when I asked about it, I kept getting inconsistent answers. One person made it sound normal, another acted like it was a defect, so it was just frustrating.

"Looked nice, but felt a bit boxed in"
At first, I thought the whole setup seemed polished and easy enough to use, and I liked the general idea of being able to adjust things to fit what I wanted. I spent a while clicking through the options and trying different combinations, but after a bit it started to feel like I kept running into the same walls. For the price, I expected more flexibility. A lot of the choices felt limited, and instead of really customizing it, it felt more like I was just choosing between a few preset versions. Not the worst experience, but definitely disappointing

"Shipping took way longer than promised"
My order took about 18 days to arrive, even though the estimate said 5 to 7 days. The tracking updates were unclear, so I was basically left waiting around with no real idea what was going on. The product itself is fine, but it feels wrong to give customers a delivery window and then miss it by that much without being upfront. The slow shipping really soured the whole experience for me.

"Recent return experience was really frustrating"
I just went through a return with them it left a bad impression. The whole process felt way harder than it needed to be, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Maybe they’ve handled things better before, but based on this recent experience, I’m not feeling great about ordering from them again

I tried to check out a few times, but the cart just wouldn’t work right and kept freezing on me. At first I wondered if I was doing something wrong, but after refreshing and trying again, it still wouldn’t go through. Frustrating experience overall
"Support was honestly disappointing"
I ordered from oakywood.shop and just had a basic question about my order, so I really didn’t expect it to be this difficult to get help. I messaged them and then waited for days without a proper response, which felt frustrating. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like a simple order question shouldn’t take that much chasing, right?
When they finally did reply, it seemed rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I had to keep following up. Their products do look nice, and that’s why I ordered in the first place, but the communication really put me off. I don’t think I’d order again unless their support improves.

"Checkout was a pain, honestly"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing and the payment page took forever to load. I had to enter my details twice, which got frustrating. I guess stuff like this happens sometimes, but for a first experience it wasn’t great, and I ended up just giving up.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered from oakywood.shop and, umm, the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and the delivery date changed more than once, so I had no idea when the package was actually going to arrive.
Customer support did reply, which I appreciated, but it didn’t really solve the issue or make things clearer. The product itself might be fine, but the shipping side made the whole order feel like a bad experience for me.

"Felt like customer service didn’t want to deal with my issue"
I reached out to customer service and never got any real help. I sent a couple of emails and got nothing back, so from the lack of response, I kind of assumed they just didn’t care or weren’t interested in dealing with it. Frustrating experience

"Kind of a pain to put together"
Putting this together was rough. Some of the pieces didn’t really line up right, and the instructions were kinda all over the place. It took way longer than I expected, and by the end I was just frustrated. Not really happy with it

"Really let down by the wood finish"
I expected a lot better for what I paid. The wood finish on mine felt rough in a few places, and the color wasn’t even like someone didn’t take the time to finish it properly. It also started picking up marks way too easily after just a short while. Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but whoever did the finishing on this really missed the mark. Disappointing overall.

"Packaging was kind of a letdown"
The box showed up bent, and the item didn’t seem very well protected inside. I get that shipping can be rough, and the product itself seemed okay, so I don’t want to be too dramatic about it. But at the same time, for the price, I really expected better packaging. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel acceptable either

"I reached out about getting help with..."
I reached out about getting help with the warranty, and wow, what a fun little process that was. The replies took forever, and when they finally did get back to me, there wasn’t really any actual solution. Mostly just felt like I was being politely pushed aside and expected to give up. Which, i did. Definitely won’t be buying from them again, but I guess at least now I know.

I tend to judge things quickly by the amount of choices available, and this one just felt limited right away. There really wasn’t much variety, so it didn’t give me a lot to pick from.

I was let down by my oakywood order, tbh. The desk shelf looked really nice in the pics, but the one I got had rough edges and a little dent on it. For what it cost, I expected it to feel way more polished, not like something that slipped through quality control.
Customer service was slow to get back to me too, and all they offered was a tiny discount for a future order. Like... I don’t really want to order again after this experence. Overall it just felt overpriced and kind of a hassle, defintely not worth the money for me.

I wanted to like it, but the design just feels kind of boring to me. I kept looking at it thinking, maybe it’ll grow on me? But no, it still comes across a bit clunky and too plain for what I was hoping for.

"Looks good, but I’m kind of stuck with it"
I bought this desk shelf because it looked really nice, and it still does from a distance. But after just a few months, the corners started getting little dents, which was disappointing. It’s still usable, so I feel a bit trapped keeping it instead of replacing it, but I definitely expected it to hold up better
